1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the c444k platform ("Platform" or "we") and the user. By accessing any service through the c444k website, mobile version, or app, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Management

To open an account on the c444k platform, users must provide true, accurate, and complete information. An account created with false or misleading information may be cancelled at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses and winnings received will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your username and password secure is entirely your responsibility. Any activity carried out using your account will be treated as your own activity. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the c444k support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

The c444k platform reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. Providing accurate information promptly helps the process go smoothly.

3. Age Restriction

Users must be 21 years of age or older to join the c444k platform and use any of its services. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The c444k platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳300.

• Only deposits from the mobile number or bank account registered to the account are accepted.
• Depositing funds through a third party is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Fraudulent Activity

Financial fraud, chargebacks, or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be cancelled immediately and legal action may be taken.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Funds earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• A new bonus will not be activated before the wagering requirements for a current bonus have been met.
• Some games may count toward wagering requirements at a different rate.
• If a bonus expires or its conditions are violated, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

Abusing bonuses or promotions — such as claiming the same offer with multiple accounts or coordinated betting — is strictly prohibited. If c444k detects such abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the associated accounts and bonuses.

6. User Code of Conduct

While using the c444k platform, you must follow the code of conduct below:

• Refrain from disrespectful, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other users or platform staff.
• Unauthorized access, manipulation, or hacking attempts on the platform's software or systems are strictly prohibited.
